Led by a management team with combined experience of over 40 years in care, our staff are fully qualified and carefully selected for their passion and understanding of resident-centred care. Our carers make the most of the training opportunities we offer for career progression and undergo continual professional development to keep pace with the most advanced understanding of care and best practice.
We are always looking for ways to to improve our standards and listening to our residents and everyone involved in their care is key to this. We listen and we learn – feedback from residents, their families and health professions is invaluable and their input and ideas help us to push forward and continually improve the quality of care provided at Beresford House.
We ensure that our residents are at the centre of our practice at Beresford House. We are dedicated to their mental and physical health and wellbeing and work collaboratively to create a supportive, friendly and inclusive environment both through our facilities and our staff.

Our housing
Our housing is designed to meet the individual needs of our residents and is suitable for both short stayers in respite care and longer term supported living.
